And pancakes are sounding good. Hm...
And the world seems to keep getting more Carrollinian, as in Lewis, as in topsy-turvy, as in...
The Media is now paying attention to Voter Fraud, but only if it benefits Republicans and makes them look aggrieved, bombastic and angry. Where were they in 2000 when Greg Palast uncovered the purging of Democratic voters with tissue thin and patently absurd games such as the ‘close enough name’, ‘future crime’s committed’, or ‘Voting While Minority or Poor.’ Not a peep as 700 thousand or more were kicked off the polls then by the Milf(ish) Katherine Harris. And that was Florida. What about Ohio, What about other states?
And where were the Media in 2004 on this?
Where’s the Media now? Thousands of Democrats are being thrown off the polls on the flimsiest of reasons, if any. Where’s the Media now when the myriad of petition-registration switching games that are played every day in this country? Where a person with a clipboard asks you to sign a petition to legalize Marijuana or toughen penalties against child molesters, but people have been walking away, unknowing that they’ve just re-registered as a Republican or switched stations, or declined to vote. It’s happening every day across this country. Day after day. Read anything about that?
Where’s the Media now on the voter caging on Vets or those dispossessed by foreclosure Now that they’re getting ineligible to vote, unbeknownst by them?
Nope. Insane. But if a Democrat edges towards a fuzzy line, then the searchlights blaze on, the sirens wail...
The left have been fucked over for far too long. And they’re getting smarter, fighting back with lawyers at polling stations, with laws, with the internet, but still.
Where’s the Media now? Running with Bachmann's 'Congressional Anti-American Investigation of Anyone Running for President with a Name that Starts with "O" and We're Not Being Political" schtick. What, no blonde starlets, children, heiresses, pop stars that wind up dead, in rehab, or with porn tapes to be offended by?
"Houston, we need a distraction. Candidate is going down in flames, repeat, candidate is going down in flames..."
Dead Candidate Running...
Now they’re talking about McCain’s Melanoma and the possibility of him buying a wooden kimono during the (highly impossible) Inaugural Parade, breaking the 1841 William Henry Harrison record of both the longest presidential inaugural address and shortest term. He was too butch to wear an overcoat that day, caught Pneumonia, and died a month later. Shortest president? Taft, but that’s another story.
In odder news, Palin is also refusing to release her Medical Records. Personally I don’t think it’s about her purported right to privacy or some such rigamarole, but maybe, just maybe, we’ll finally see if she did give birth to her youngest child, rumored to have been squirted out by one of her daughters. Come on, which mother, after just breaking water, would board and 11 hour flight from Dallas to Alaska, knowing you had a problem child on the way, and not inform a soul onboard with the contractions and such? Something stinks. And again, if it was Obama or Biden, the Media would...
Come on. Let’s play the Conspiracy Game. It’s fun!
Palin forced her daughter to give birth, the hussy that’s currently headed for the squirtgun wedding, the one that isn’t looking so pregnant now, maybe post partum. That one. Wouldn’t that alone just boost her chances with the Hockey Moms out there? Forcing her daughter to give birth, or at the very least, claiming it as her own after her daughter refused to get an abortion as per her upbringing, throwing it back in her face, killing her mom’s chances as a strict anti-abortionist and pro-abstenence teaching Luddite? To be in her slippery, short-circiting brain right now...
Again, I’ve got a show for you. “President McGeeze and the MILF.” Sundays on FOX. There’s a clip of McCain at the ‘Meet the Hockey Mom’ rally where he’s staring at her ass and grinning his creepy grin. Whoah...
Gotta go. Time to cringe from another day.
I don't understand why you continue to complain about the lack of media coverage for events that are widely represented in the media. Here's an article on the legal corps on both sides dealing with voting rights, from a very conservative source. Obviously, it's being covered.

As one of the voter protection attorneys working for Obama now (in the article, called "The World's Largest Law Firm for A Day") and on election day in Clark County, Nevada, I wish you'd stop with the nightmare scenarios. It just scares off voters. Their rights will be well represented. Enough with the hysteria.
